Aftercare: To get the most from your spa experience and to continue homecare, most of our products used are available for retail at our Spa reception.
Arrival: We kindly request that you arrive 20 minutes before your treatment time so a detailed consultation form can be completed for the therapist to adapt the treatment to suit your individual needs. Please be advised that if you arrive late, the time of your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest, and you will be charged at the full treatment price.
Booking Information: A 50% deposit will be taken when booking spa appointments. This is non-refundable but can be transferred to an alternative date when more than 48 hours notice is given. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance and for groups of six or more 7 days . Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ or 7 days as applicable, or no show will be charged at the full treatment price.
Children Policy: Persons under 16 are not permitted in the spa or thermal suite. You must be 18 or over to book a spa treatment. We regrettably cannot accommodate children or babies in the spa waiting area. Children's swim times are 8am to 10am and 6pm to 8pm.
Etiquette: If you are a hotel guest please arrive at the spa in your robe and slippers which will be provided for you in your guestroom. If you are a day spa guest these will be provided to you upon arrival. Disposable underwear is provided for your comfort during your spa treatment. Please bring a swimsuit if you wish to use the spa thermal suite.
Gratuity: If you wish to leave your therapist a gratuity this is entirely at your own discretion.
Health Considerations: When making your spa reservation, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment. If you are taking medication, have a medical condition or any injuries that were not discussed at the time of booking, this could lead to the treatment being changed or cancelled. Please note the Tyarium is not recommended for people who suffer from high blood pressure and circulatory problems, asthma or respiratory conditions.
Lost Property: All lost property will be handed into spa reception. Items will be stored for three months, if unclaimed they will be donated to local charities. Please note that the spa does not and cannot take responsibilities for items left behind or lost during your time with us.
Men’s Treatments: All brochure listed treatments are adaptable and suitable for men. For facial treatments, we recommend that men shave no longer than two hours prior to any treatment.
Pregnancy: We have specifically designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Treatments will only be carried out from 12 weeks onwards. Please note, use of the Tyarium and all other heat therapies are not suitable during pregnancy.
Prices and Treatments: Prices and details of treatments are correct at the time of going to print. Management reserves the right to alter or amend any of the details or prices at any time without prior notice.
Refreshments: We offer a selection of refreshments within the spa relaxation room which is available to spa guests only. Dining options are also available in the hotel restaurant, bistro bar and lounges.
Treatment adjustments: To ensure you fully enjoy your treatment, please advise your therapist if you would like to change the amount of pressure during your massage.
Valuables: We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing valuables to the spa. Although we provide secure lockers within the changing areas, we cannot take responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. We also request that for your peace and privacy, phones and other electronic devices are turned off whilst in the spa. Please remember to remove all items from your robes before leaving the spa.
